Galliano in its tall yellow bottle
came from Bermuda with my brother
there on a honeymoon fifty years ago
Still sealed tight

Wild Turkey came with a carpenter
who was doing formica in my kitchen
A good old friend, he had his coffee
in the morning with a generous shot

Jameson arrived in the arms of my
Irish Auntie who was a hundred years old
As far as she was concerned
if you had to drink whiskey, this was the one

The Vodka family grows with flavors galore
vanilla, orange, lemon, strawberry
and of all things cucumber
But in a Bloody Mary    delish

Neighbor ladies brought Coffee Brandy
back in the Black Russian days
Kahlua and Godiva
mixed with milk      Sombreros

After dinner drinks Sambuca
Benedictine and Brandy
Bombay Sapphire on the porch
ice and two lime slices

Not too old fashioned
there is Razzmatazz, Fire Ball
and Bulleit Brandy and Rum
for making umbrella drinks

Tequila came with a set of glasses
and some salt for the rims
Jack Daniels is on hand
for someone who seldom visits
